Instructions

Step 1: Grind 10g of coffee and place the ground coffee into the Portafilter.
Step 2: Insert the Portafilter into the machine and lock it in place.
Step 3: Pour hot water into the steam boiler.
Step 4: Pull the lever down to generate pressure and extract the espresso in 25-30 seconds.
Step 5: Monitor the pressure gauge to adjust the pressure to your desired level.
Step 5: Enjoy your espresso.
Clean the machine after use.

Storage

Wash all the components with warm water and mild soap.
Store the ROK Espresso SmartShot in a dry and well-ventilated place.
