Pour Over Brewing Instructions:

Step 1: Grind 20g of coarse coffee by turning the knob counterclockwise, then release 26-28 clicks. Step 2: Boil water to a temperature of 91-92 degrees Celsius. Step 3: Place a filter paper on the filter cone and rinse it with hot water. Step 4: Put 20g of ground coffee into the filter paper, place it on a scale. Step 5: Pour 100ml of water into the cone in a clockwise direction and wait for 20 seconds. Repeat the process until the coffee-to-water ratio reaches 1:15. Step 6: Pour the brewed coffee into a cup and enjoy.
