Instructions for Use

1. Fill the kettle with water to your desired level.
2. Plug it into an outlet and turn it on by pressing the dial button on the base.
3. The LCD screen will display the current water temperature.
4. Rotate the dial on the base to adjust the temperature to your desired level. Turn the dial left to decrease the temperature and right to increase it.
5. Once you have selected your desired temperature, the kettle will start heating the water.
6. When the water reaches the selected temperature, the kettle will hold that temperature for 15 minutes if you do not toggle the “Hold” button, and for 60 minutes if you do.
7. Begin brewing coffee using the kettle’s gooseneck spout for precise water flow.
8. After use, turn off the kettle by pressing the power button again.

Maintenance

• Regularly clean to remove residue and buildup.
• After each use, empty the water and allow it to dry completely.
