Usage Instructions

1. Fill the kettle with water to the desired level.
2. Plug it in and turn on the power by pressing the knob on the base of the kettle.
3. The LCD screen will display the current water temperature.
4. Rotate the knob on the base to adjust the temperature to your desired level. Turn left to decrease the temperature and right to increase it.
5. Once you have selected the desired temperature, the kettle will start heating the water.
6. When the water reaches the selected temperature, the kettle will hold that temperature for 15 minutes if you do not press the “Hold” button, and for 60 minutes if you do.
7. Begin brewing coffee using the kettle’s gooseneck spout for precise pouring.
8. After use, turn off the kettle by pressing the power button again.
