1. Use the parts to assemble the tap system and keg.
2. First, assemble the connector and tap, then attach the handle and tap.
3. Connect the silicone hose to the hose connector.
4. Connect the assembled tap with the lid and the assembled coffee keg.

1. Pour cold brew coffee that has been steeped for 8-24 hours into the keg container.
2. Attach the tap system to the keg.
3. Insert the N2 gas canister into the gas injector.
4. Connect the N2 gas canister to the keg.
5. Shake the keg up and down quickly for about 15-30 seconds.
6. Place a glass under the tap and slowly pull the handle forward.

• Coffee must be chilled before putting it into the keg.
• Coffee should occupy about 65-75% of the keg to leave space for gas.
• When cutting the silicone hose, measure carefully according to the height of the keg. If cut too short, coffee may not pour out completely; if cut too long, it can affect coffee extraction.
• Carefully check the screw caps before shaking the keg to avoid leaks.
• When emptying the keg, pull the handle to release any remaining nitrogen before removing the gas injector from the keg.
• Use Nitrogen (N2) gas to produce authentic Nitro Cold Brew coffee.
