Usage Instructions

Step 1: Add the appropriate amount of cold water to the container.
Step 2: Place the burner in the center, under the spherical glass container, and adjust the flame to be less than 4cm high.
Step 3: The filter cloth has been attached to the filter, insert the filter into the container's outlet tube.
Step 4: Assemble the top container onto the bottom container, tilting it to one side. When the water starts boiling, gently place the top container onto the bottom spherical glass container.
Step 5: When the water boils, the pressure will push the water from the bottom container up to the top.
Step 6: When the top glass container is filled with 2/3 water, add coffee powder (ratio 1:10), and stir the mixture well with a spoon.
Step 7: When the water in the bottom container is almost depleted, reduce the flame, move the syphon away, and turn off the burner.
Step 8: Use a towel to remove the top container to avoid direct heat. Detach the cylindrical container by gently shaking it from side to side.
Step 9: Allow the coffee to cool and then enjoy.

Note:

The wick length should not exceed 15mm beyond the ceramic head. Adjust the flame height to be less than 4cm.
Check for cracks or debris on the burner surface. Only add enough alcohol fuel to the wick holder.
Only use the cotton wick provided with the alcohol burner.
Only use alcohol fuel, do not use synthetic alcohol, gasoline, benzene, or kerosene.
Do not overfill the alcohol burner, follow the instructions.
Use the provided lid to extinguish the flame.
Use freshly ground coffee with an appropriate fineness to avoid clogging the filter.

Storage:

• Clean the Syphon regularly and wash all parts before use.
• The detachable parts can be cleaned with a small brush. Dry thoroughly before storage.
• Wash the filter cloth and store in a dry place. Replace the filter cloth when discolored.
