Instructions for Use

1. Prepare the Filter: Fold the filter paper, open it, and place it in the Origami dripper. Expand the folds to fit snugly against the sides of the dripper. Pour a little hot water into the filter to wet it and remove any paper taste. Then, discard the water.
2. Measure Coffee: Use a scale to measure coffee according to your preference (a common coffee-to-water ratio is 1:15). Add the coffee to the dripper and level the surface.
3. Bloom the Coffee: Pour a small amount of hot water (about 40ml) over the coffee to wet it. Wait 30 seconds for the coffee to bloom and release its flavors.
4. Pouring Technique: Start pouring water slowly in a spiral motion, beginning from the center and gradually moving outward. Keep the water level just enough to cover the coffee grounds.
5. Extracting Flavor: The speed of pouring affects the coffee's flavor. Pour slowly and steadily to ensure complete extraction.
6. Continue Pouring: After pouring about 40ml of water, wait 30 seconds for the coffee to rest. Then, continue pouring water in a spiral motion until you reach your desired amount (usually 200-240ml for 15g of coffee).

Care Instructions

• Cleaning: Instead of using harsh detergents, use a soft damp cloth and mild cleaning solution to wipe the ceramic surface. Avoid using tools that could scratch the glaze.
• Drying: Allow the ceramic to dry completely after cleaning. Avoid storing it while still damp, as this can create an environment for mold growth.
• Storage: Store ceramic items in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and high humidity.
• Dishwasher Use: Do not clean high-quality, handcrafted ceramics in a dishwasher. The strong water spray and high temperatures can cause decorative patterns to fade, chip, or affect the product's aesthetics.
