Cau Dat is located 25km southeast of the center of Da Lat, Lam Dong province, in the famous coffee highlands of Vietnam. With the following important factors, Cau Dat - Da Lat has become an ideal region for Arabica coffee.
  • Ideal Altitude: The average altitude ranges from 1450 to 1650 meters above sea level, creating ideal conditions for Arabica coffee plants.
  • Stable Temperature: The average temperature ranges from -5°C to no more than 33°C, creating a stable environment for coffee plants to thrive.
  • Rich Soil: The fertile basalt soil in Cau Dat is an excellent type of soil for the development of Arabica coffee.
Thanks to these ideal conditions, Arabica coffee adapts well to the climate and is less prone to pests and diseases. Growing coffee at high altitudes also lengthens the development process, allowing the coffee plants to better absorb sugars internally, maintain better flavor, and produce a unique Arabica.
