Vintage Oak Royal is a rarer and more premium version than Classic, using hand-selected smoked oak veneer with unique grain patterns and luxurious, warm tones.

Grind Levels

Depending on the brewing method, there will be different grind levels, but here are some useful starting grind settings for your new Comandante grinder:

5–10 Clicks for Turkish method.
10–15 Clicks for espresso coffee.
15–20 Clicks for Bialetti Mokapot.
22–32 Clicks for pour-over methods (depending on the amount used and how you brew coffee).
25–30 Clicks for cupping and French Press.
30–35 Clicks for Cold Brew.
For Aeropress, it will depend on your own recipe!

Usage Instructions

Step 1: Remove the coffee container and adjust the grind size using the adjustment knob, based on the "click" settings provided in the user manual for your desired brewing method. After adjusting, reattach the coffee container to the grinder body.
Step 2: Remove the cover and the crank handle.
Step 3: Place the coffee beans inside the grinder body.
Step 4: Reattach the top cover and the crank handle.
Step 5: Hold the grinder firmly with one hand and use the other hand to turn the crank clockwise.
Step 6: Continue turning until you reach the desired amount of ground coffee.
Step 7: Remove the coffee container from the bottom of the grinder.
Step 8: Transfer the ground coffee into your brewing device and start brewing according to your desired method.
Step 9: Clean the grinder after each use by wiping it with a dry cloth or using a cleaning brush.

Notes

WARNING
Please do not adjust or remove the three screws located under the grinder. These screws have been perfectly calibrated for this grinder by our experts. Adjusting them may cause the grinder to become unbalanced and could lead to damage.
CAUTION

Be careful when using this coffee grinder; the coffee container may break if it hits a hard surface, such as the floor. Broken pieces can pose a danger to you.
Use this grinder with care; dropping it may damage its structure.
Keep out of reach of children. This grinder is heavy, the blades are very sharp, and the container can break.
Regularly clean the grinder to ensure optimal performance.
Avoid grinding oily coffee or flavored coffee, as it may clog the grinder.
Keep the grinder dry and avoid exposure to water to prevent rust.
