Instructions for Use

• Step 1: Fill the kettle with water to the desired level.
• Step 2: Plug in the power cord and turn on the power by pressing the rotating button on the base of the kettle.
• Step 3: The LCD display will show the current temperature of the water.
• Step 4: Rotate the button on the base of the kettle to adjust the temperature to the desired level. Rotate the button to the left to decrease the temperature, and to the right to increase the temperature.
• Step 5: Once you have selected the desired temperature, the kettle will begin heating the water.
• Step 6: When the water has reached the selected temperature, the kettle will maintain that temperature for 15 minutes if you do not slide the "Hold" switch, and 60 minutes if you do slide it.
• Step 7: Begin brewing your coffee using the kettle's gooseneck spout for precise water flow.
• Step 8: After use, turn off the kettle by pressing the power button once more.

Maintenance

• Clean the kettle at least once a month to maintain its performance.
• Before cleaning, ensure the kettle is completely cooled and any remaining water has been drained.
• Clean the interior with water or soap and rinse thoroughly. Do not submerge the kettle in water or other liquids.
• Wipe the exterior of the kettle and base with a damp cloth or towel, then allow to dry.
• Do not put the kettle or base in the dishwasher.
