Cau Dat is located 25 km southeast of the center of Da Lat, Lam Dong province, and is part of Vietnam's famous coffee highlands. With the following key factors, Cau Dat - Da Lat has become an ideal area for Arabica coffee.
  • Ideal Elevation: The average altitude of 1450 to 1650 meters above sea level creates optimal conditions for Arabica coffee cultivation.
  • Stable Temperature: The average temperature ranges from -5°C to no more than 33°C, providing a stable environment for coffee growth.
  • Rich Soil: The fertile basalt soil in Cau Dat is excellent for the development of Arabica coffee plants.
Thanks to these ideal conditions, Arabica coffee adapts well to the climate and is less affected by pests. Growing coffee at high altitudes also prolongs the development process, allowing the coffee plants to absorb sugars better, enhancing flavor and creating a unique Arabica.
