Instructions for Use:

1. Place coffee in the canister and seal the lid.
2. Rotate the lid back and forth to initiate the vacuum process.
3. Wait for the green signal to appear, indicating that the vacuum pump is locked.
4. To open the canister, press the pressure release button on the lid.
5. Then, open the canister and use the coffee.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Lid:

• Do not clean the lid under running water.
• The vacuum lid is not dishwasher safe; the filter and rubber seal can be removed separately for cleaning.
• Do not let liquids enter the inside of the lid.
• Use a mild detergent and a damp cloth for cleaning.

Stainless Steel Canister:

• Do not use the canister in the dishwasher.
• Use a mild detergent and a soft cloth for cleaning.
