PRESSOCO Tamper OCD - 58mm features a dual-head design that combines a coffee distributor/leveler and a tamper in one tool. The distributor side features three angled slopes that help spread and level the coffee surface through rotation. Instruction

Step 1: Add ground coffee to a compatible 58mm espresso basket and place the portafilter on a stable surface. Step 2: Adjust the working depth of both heads using the screw mechanism according to the coffee dose and basket. Step 3: Place the three-angled distributor side on the coffee surface and rotate gently several times to level the grounds. Step 4: Flip the tool to the flat tamper side, keep it level, and press evenly to compress the coffee. Step 5: Lift the tool, check the coffee puck surface, and proceed with espresso extraction. Step 6: Wipe both coffee-contact surfaces clean and store the tool in a dry place.

Storage

• After each use, wipe coffee residue from both the distributor and tamper surfaces with a soft cloth.
• Keep the depth adjustment screw mechanism clean to prevent coffee buildup and thread jamming.
• Avoid dropping or strongly impacting the tool to protect its surfaces and adjustment mechanism.
• Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaning materials that could scratch the metal surfaces.
